Tim McDaniel

Tim McDaniel is our Operations Manager with over 20 years’ experience with SERVPRO. Tim was Crew Chief from 92-97 and returned in 2004 as Production Manager then from 2011 to 2020 he was a Commercial Restoration Consultant until he took on his current position in August of 2020. Tim holds IICRC certification in Commercial Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Smoke and Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. Along with the IICRC certifications, Tim has his Lead Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting certification and Applied Thermography training certificate. He attended West Virginia State University studying Communications and Appalachian Bible College with a concentration in Youth Ministries.

Tim is very active volunteering in the community with several causes including, The United Way, Relay For Life/American Cancer Society, Union Mission, Prestera, and the Kanawha Putnam Emergency Planning Committee (our local LEPC). Tim is also a member of the Charleston Area Alliance, Home Builders Association of Greater Charleston, Blue Goose International, and the Putnam County and South Charleston Chambers.

Ros Griffin

Ros is part of our dedicated management team. He attended the University of North Carolina and graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Organizational Management. He started his career with SERVPRO of Charlottesville, VA before joining us here in West Virginia. He is IICRC certified in water, fire, and smoke restoration.

Ros is from Ashville, North Carolina. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO is learning new skills and growing as a leader. As well as the satisfaction of seeing employees grow and accomplish their goals inside and outside of work. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers, and playing basketball, and football.

Lewis Moore

Lewis isa graduatefrom East Bank High School and furthered his education by graduating from West Virginia University with a Major in Athletic Coaching Education and a Minor in Communications. During his college years, he was able to intern with the West Virginia University Football Program under Coach Don Nelan during his last year and also under Coach Rich Rodriguez for two years where he was a memberof the recruiting process and edited game film using the Avid Sports Program. He has been married for 20 years and has two sons. His wife is finishing her nursing degree from Bridge Valley College while his oldest son is a Marshall University Graduate with a degree in Management of Information Systems and now works as a computer programmer for an IT company and his youngest son attends Glenville State University studyingSports Management and Business while playing baseball for the university. When Lewis is not at work, he enjoys watching baseball, football, basketball, golf, Nascar and is a big movie buff. He also loves the outdoors activities of fishing and hunting with friends and family.

Lewis is in his eleventhyear with SERVPRO as a Project Manager where he holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, CommercialDrying Specialist, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control while also holding a 10-hour Construction Safety and Health certificationwith OSHA. His favorite thing about SERVPRO is being able to help customers on their worse day and seeing their reaction knowing that SERVPRO is there to help and all will be okay in the end.

Marsha McCallister

Marsha functions as our Office Manager and her duties include managing our accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as payroll and auditing duties. Marsha comes to SERVPRO with an extensive background in the accounting and secretarial fields and has become a great asset to our team. Marsha is a graduate of West Virginia State University with a BS/Accounting degree, and an AS/Accounting degree from Southern WV Community College.

Marsha is originally from Logan County and is a graduate of Logan Senior High School. Marsha’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends, crocheting and making crafts as well as fishing.

Sherri Arthur

Sherri Arthur is the Production Assistant at SERVPRO with 10 years of faithful service. Sherri is the “voice” of SERVPRO; usually being the customers 1st impression of our company. She is very knowledgeable of the production side of our business and holds an IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration as well as several certifications through our employee training program. Sheri is a very caring person and compassionate towards the ones who are calling in with a disaster in their home or business. Sherri came to us with over 30 years’ experience in the customer service field so she knows how to treat our customers.

Sherri is very active in her Church and loves spending time with her kids and her grandchildren.

Olivia Maroney

Olivia is our Job File Manager. She is joining us with 5 years experience in customer service and 3 years Business Development experience. She says her favorite part of the job is the people she works with.

Olivia resides in Nitro with her fiancé and two beloved dogs. In her free time she enjoys cross stitching and embroidery.

Justin Sims

Justin is our Project Manager in construction. He came here with 12 years of experience in the construction business and has his IICRC water restoration technician and applied structural drying technician certification . His favorite part of his job is his coworkers.

Justin is an alumni at Marshall University graduating with an AS in Applied Science. When Justin is not at work he enjoys spending his time with his family and staying out doors hiking and fishing.

Jason Neal

Jason is our Warehouse Manager. He has 15 years of experience in warehouse management. His favorite part of his job is his coworkers.

Jason resides in Cross lanes and in his spare time he enjoying spending time with his wife and two children.

George McVey

George is one of our Crew Chiefs. He has his IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and loves that his job involves helping people.

George resides in Charleston, WV with his beloved pets. In his spare time, George enjoys playing video games

John Young

John is one of our Crew Chiefs in training. His favorite aspect of his job is helping in the demolition stage in the remediation process. He says it is great to watch a home go from being covered in smoke damage, to looking like "it never even happened".

John lives in Saint Albans with his fiancé and their beloved pets. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and riding on his four-wheeler.

Jasmine Ludwig

Jasmine is one of our Fire Crew Chiefs in training. She aspires to learn and advance in the company. Her favorite part of the job is the customers and being able to help them in a sincere and meaningful way.

Jasmine resides in Hansford, WV with her boyfriend and two teenage step-children.

Gary Lewis

Gary is one of our Crew Chiefs. He has his IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification. His favorite part of his job is being a part of a team who is always ready for a fire or water restoration emergency.

Gary enjoys spending his free time with his girlfriend and two children.

Jason Vineyard

Jason is one of Crew Chiefs. His favorite part about working at SERVPRO is that he gets to help people after disaster strikes to make it look 'like it never even happened.'

Jason is from Dunbar and in his spare time he enjoys playing sports and video games.

Michael Collins

Michael is one of our dedicated technicians. He has a love for restoration and helping put people's homes back together after a disaster.

Michael resides in Saint Albans and in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Reagan McDaniel

Reagan is one of our dedicated technicians. Their favorite part of their job is being surrounded by dedicated, hardworking people who feel just like family.

When Reagan isn't at work they enjoy traveling, writing, and playing games with friends.

Nicole Austin

Nicole is one of our dedicated Production Technicians. Her favorite part of working at SERVPRO is the variety of her work. She enjoys being challenged by no job being the same.

Nicole is from Cleveland and in her spare time she enjoys fishing and taking road trips.

Vicki Craig

Vicki is one of our dedicated Production Technicians. Her favorite part of working at SERVPRO is experiencing new challenges at work and learning something new everyday.

Vicki is from St. Albans and in her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.

John Adkins

John is one of our dedicated technicians. He has a love for restoration and helping put people's homes back together after a disaster

John is from Whiteville and in his spare time, he enjoys Playing and watching football. His favorite part of SERVPRO is his co worker's.

Joshua McDaniel

Joshua is one of our dedicated technicians. He has a love for restoration and helping put people's homes back together after a disaster.

Joshua resides in Charleston and is currently attending Bridge Valley Technical School.

Zach Arce

Zach is one of our reconstruction specialists. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO is his coworkers and the family atmosphere.

Zach is from Charleston and in his spare time he enjoys fishing.

Caleb McDaniel

Caleb is one of our reconstruction specialists. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO is helping people get their home back in order after a disaster.

Caleb is from Charleston and when he is not at work he spends his time with his wife and daughter.
