Prompt, efficient and professional: these are the words that we live by.

As a local, family-owned business, word of mouth is everything. We rely on what our customers say about us and the job we have done. With the world of technology making it so easy to share our thoughts on services and goods we purchase, Google and Facebook Reviews have been an excellent way for us to see what our customers think. In 2021 alone, we received a total of 37 positive Google Reviews. We went through each of these reviews to see what it is that we are doing right, and this is what we found:

Prompt, efficient and professional. These are the words costumers used over and over when detailing their experience with SERVPRO of North Kanawha and Teays Valley. These are things we pride ourselves on and strive to achieve with every job, and it is great to see that it seems we have been successful.
