If you have water damage to your property SERVPRO of North Kanawha and Teays Valley are here to help. When water has entered your home, we understand the emotions that come along with this crisis. Here are the steps to our water restoration process.

  1. Emergency Contact

The restoration process starts when you give us a call. We will guide you through the crisis and may ask you many questions to determine what equipment and resources are needed.

  1. Inspection and Water Damage Assessment:

This stage of the process is where we determine the extent of your water damage. Our team checks to see how far the moisture has traveled.

  1. Water Extraction

The removal process begins almost immediately. We use pumps and vacuum units to remove the water from your property helping to prevent any further damage such as mold growth.

  1. Drying and Dehumidification

We use specialized equipment to remove any water that was harder to access. Our team will use room measurements, temperature, and relative humidity to determine how many air movers and dehumidifiers are needed to dry your home or business.

  1. Cleaning and Sanitizing

We clean all the restorable structures and items that were damaged by the water. Our team is trained to sanitize and deodorize your property.

  1. Restoration

This is the stage where we return your home or business back to pre-water damage condition. This may involve replacing drywall and installing new carpets, or larger repairs such as the reconstruction of different areas or rooms on the property.
